We believe that students, parents, educators, researchers, advocates, and policy makers can unite with clarity of purpose and shared vision to support the continued improvement of education in California and to meet the needs of all students.
Right now, we are working to answer the following questions with the goal of identifying promising strategies for systemic change.
1. How can intermediary organizations partner with school districts to drive strategic change?
a. How can local education reform organizations develop clarity of purpose, ongoing communication, and shared vision?
b. How can these organizations align to the strategic priorities set by district and school leadership?
2. How can communities engage in strategic reform?
a. What are successful ways that all community stakeholders can invest in schools?
b. What are successful means of communication between parents, schools, community organizations, and districts?
c. How can communities contribute knowledge and experience to inform school and district policy?
